Auto Approval Program

In an effort to speed up the application process and turn around time in getting your business set up, Business Payment Systems has lowered its credit standard requirements for Mail Order and Internet businesses.

Start up business, mail order/telephone order and Internet businesses are included in this program. Merchants not included in our Auto Approval Program are listed below in our unacceptable Merchant list

Mail Order, Telephone Order and Internet merchants will be approved regardless of the quality of business or Principal's credit, provided the following conditions are met:

    • Monthly volume does not exceed $10,000.
    • Average ticket does not exceed $250.00
    • Business address is verifiable
    • Products/services sold are verifiable
    • No listing on MATCH (CTMF) file
    • Delivery of product or service is within five (5) days of card acceptance
    • No current bankruptcy filing or evidence of impending bankruptcy present
    • No serious deterioration in scheduled reduction of debt service of the principal and/or company in past 90 days
    • No suits, lien or judgments in excess of $2,500 within the past 12 months
